Growing Today, Ready for Tomorrow
Wraparound Care
We are delighted that we (S4A) will be working at Whitchurch Combined School to run the wraparound care. We will be running the after-school clubs (Sunsetters) from Monday-Friday each week.
After School Clubs (Sunsetters)
Our After School Clubs will run from Monday-Friday each week during term time from 15.05-18.00 pm.
We will collect each Class once they finish School for the day between 15.05-15.15 pm.
In our Wraparound Care sessions, we run 3 clubs throughout the evening. We run our first 2 clubs from 3:15-4:30 and our 3rd club from 4:30-5:00. From 5:00-6:00 we have a range of crafts and games available to the children.
Our Wraparound care clubs are not just for children who need childcare! Children are allowed to attend if they want to attend any of our after-school clubs. Also, your child does not have to take part in the after-school clubs if they do not wish as we have our games, crafts and outdoor play available to them for the whole duration.
Our sessions are completely ad-hoc and allow daily and hourly bookings. We allow parents to book up until 12 pm on the day of the clubs. If you book any later, we kindly ask that you email us at info@s4aclub.co.uk or call us on 01280460560.
We would recommend providing your child with a snack for our Wraparound Care (they will have this upon arrival to our clubs) and you can also purchase a light meal option every evening for a small charge and that will always be served at 5:00 pm.

How to book
Bookings can be made online at https://s4asports.co.uk/whitchurch-school/
From the website, you will see different options and times that you can book your children. If you would just like to book your children onto the clubs we offer then you can choose the 3.05-4.30 option or if you would like them to attend both clubs we offer then you can also choose the 3.05-5.00 option. Alternatively, children can attend just for the wraparound care whilst also taking part in our clubs.
We have also made it easier for parents to book their children in for the whole half term with our new product. Using this product, you can book your child for the same day and time each week saving you from booking each session week by week. here- https://s4asports.co.uk/product/whitchurch-combined-school-18th-april-26th-may-2023/
Childcare Vouchers
We accept all childcare vouchers at our clubs! To use your childcare vouchers just type “childcare-vouchers” into the coupon code and fill out the booking form. Then go to your voucher company to make payment.

WEB Club
We set up the WEB club in 2012 to help parents who needed to drop children off earlier than the school start time of 8:45am. Children will be offered cereal/fruit/toast between 7:45am and 8:10am, unfortunately breakfast can not be provided for children arriving after 8:10am.
Children from all classes interact together through games, crafts, sport, construction, reading and musical activities.
All bookings for the WEB club are made on the ParentMail booking system. All bookings require at least 48 hours notice.
Children need to arrive suitably dressed as they sometimes go outside to play on cold, dry days or indeed, hot sunny days!
The club is run by staff employed by the school. Mrs J Berridge is the co-ordinator of the club and manages the bookings. Please pop in and speak to her if you have any specific requests.
