School Development Plan & Strategy

School Development Plan Priorities 2023-2024

This year we are focusing on:

  • To embed the work started on the curriculum last year and ensure subject leaders are confident in carrying out a deep dive in their subjects
  • To fully involve a parent in the learning and school life of their child
  • To increase pupil ownership of their learning and behaviour
  • To increase the number of pupils who are working at the expected and greater depth standard in writing so that it is more in line with English and Maths.
