School Development Plan & Strategy

School Development Plan Priorities 2024-2025

This year we are focusing on:

  • To maintain/increase the amount of children working at expected and greater depth across all year groups
  • To maintain/increase the amount of children making expected progress across all year groups
  • To embed the work started on History, Geography and RE and ensure that progression in learning is clear and builds from R-Y6
  • To moderate teacher judgements for foundation subjects assessments
  • To unlock the power of parents and fully involve a parent in the learning and school life of their child
  • To continue to make effective links with the community, pre-schools, primary school and secondary schools
